    3. Acknowledgement

    We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days.

    4. Investigation & Resolution

    We aim to resolve complaints within 28 working days.

    You will receive:

    • A written outcome
    • Explanation of findings
    • Any remedial action proposed

    If unresolved, you may escalate to:
